2016 President's Award

Each year, Toyota Motor Sales recognizes its finest dealerships with the prestigious President's Award. It's the highest honor a dealership can receive from Toyota, and is only awarded to those dealerships that have demonstrated a commitment to maintaining Toyota's high standards for customer satisfaction. One of Toyota's primary goals is to emphasize the entire ownership experience. We want to help ensure that our customers are satisfied not only at the time of purchase, but as long as they own their vehicle. Offering top quality cars and trucks is, of course, the first step - but only the beginning. Toyota dealerships strive to match the quality of our products with the finest service in the industry. In order to qualify as a President's Award winner, dealerships must excel in each of a series of categories, including Customer Sales Satisfaction and Customer Service Satisfaction. 2013 Service Excellence Award

Each year, the Toyota Service Excellence Award recognizes Service Departments that obtain superior satisfaction and retention from service customers as well as working to improve service operations. Price LeBlanc Toyota has been awarded Service Excellence three years in a row and 14 times overall.

2013 Parts Excellence Award

Each year, Toyota recognizes select parts departments for outstanding customer service and increased accessories and parts sales. Price LeBlanc Toyota has been awarded the Parts Excellence achievement for three years in a row, most recently in 2013. Overall, our parts department has been recognized 14 times.

2013 Customer Relations Excellence Award

The Toyota Customer Relations Excellence Award designates top honors to Toyota dealerships who maintain excellent customer relations and are committed to providing a positive experience to each customer. Price LeBlanc Toyota received the Customer Relations Excellence Award in 2013, marking 12 times overall.
