They gave me more for my trade than anyone else offered. This was the fastest and easiest purchase I have ever made on a vehicle. They even let me take the vehicle home and come back the next day with the down payment.

Brandon was the representative that helped me during my visit during my last visit, he was AWESOME! However, my oil change took a little longer than anticipated. I would also suggest offering discounts or savings for individuals that have vehicles that’s are five plus years old.

My salesman, Jon Guidry, was very good. Not at all pushy. Asked what was i looking for and follow up questions to ensure he understood. Did not show me any other vehicle that didn't match my search vehicle.
We discussed price and trade-in and all the terms. I was very satisfied with the trade-in value given me.
At the last minute i had a question about pricing that i saw on the same vehicle at a bit of a lower price. He showed me that he had already figured that into the original price and i was very satisfied.

I go to Price LeBlanc Toyota in Baton Rouge, LA, for oil changes only. They just cannot seem to reset my mileage for every 10,000 miles. I do not use them for tire rotation/balancing. Please inform them.

People work there who don't master the service department, they insisted that I had to pay for the tire rotation service and I told them that I didn't need it, that I had already done it and they didn't believe me because I had an extended warranty and they passed me on to the manager CJ and he said the same thing and in the end I didn't have to pay anything and they weren't friendly.

Todd helped get my car diagnosed and serviced the same day I brought it in. He kept me informed of the progress of the repair! Great as always!
