Courteous and thorough intake process. Prompt service with good communication, with options explained. Efficient checkout procedure.

Service was great and Brandon was very helpful and efficient, but I have a complaint about the surcharge for using my credit card, especially for such a large charge (over $3,000). A large company like Toyota should be able to absorb this cost.

Very Professional and respectful team. I got my purchase procedure done within an hour. Vehicle home delivery was not offered from this dealership, I have to make special trip to pick up my car.

Had a 12pm appointment, got there early asked if I could get an inspection done, covered all my lights like they asked me to the last time, was told I’d be out at 145. 145 comes and goes at 2 they come and tell me they can’t do my inspection because I didn’t cover the bumper light. I told them I covered all the ones they asked me to cover last time. Refused. Finally gave me keys around 230. Won’t be back. Service advisor always did me right but from now on forget about their service department.

We went in dry and were picked up by Jeff Huffman immediately. He had the auto I was interested in and took us for a test drive. My wife liked the color and then proceeded to purchase it. BTW,

Pleased with service. The reason I scored you a 4 instead of a 5 is that if you have an appointment around lunch time - which could be anywhere between 11-1p - that it puts you having a longer wait time for your service if the person assigned to your car happens to be at lunch.

Everything was great. Easy to make an appointment. And the work was done in a timely manner. I was also kept informed of everything that was going on.

Salesman and service man both tried to look into the intermittent connection of my Tundra’s CarPlay at start up of my truck. They found nothing. The service man put in my account in the computer that this intermittent connection was happening on my Tundra.

We purchased two of our last three Toyotas at Price LeBlanc (where we also have had all three serviced). The first Toyota of the three was purchased in Lafayette because we were offered a better price. We visited one other Toyota dealer in BR for our most recent purchase and then settled on Price LeBlanc because sales team seemed more knowledgable and also more interested in us and our satisfaction.

Everything was great until time to check out. I got a text my car was ready. The clerk was on the phone and she would come get me when available . 45 minutes later, she was still on the phone but I asked her to let someone else check me out. She did it while still on the phone. That was 45 minutes too long.

Policy of charging 2% for the use of a credit card is ridiculous. Not informing me until after the work is done is immoral. Had I been informed at the start, I would have left (no doubt why I wasn’t told) since I didn’t have my checkbook with me (came in for an oil change and inspection sticker, didn’t expect a bill of $850!). The 2% felt like you were kicking me when I was down. If your owner had some savvy (not really a substitute for morals but …), he would charge more and offer a 2% bonus for using cash/...

I brought my truck in for a recall and had the regular annual service done, too. Everyone was professional and courteous and the work was done well.

The Place and People are very nice. The reports and notifications work well. That said, I feel like I am being hustled with all the problem they find on my Toyota vehicles went I go in for service.

I checked my 2020 Tundra in for a replacement keyfob and a program. I advised the service person I would be waiting and was asked if my phone number on file was correct and said they would call as soon as the work was completed. Went for oil change and to check brakes.After the oil change the service dept called and asked what was the problem with the brakes. If I knew the problem with the brakes I would nit have asked to have them serviced. We got pass that and the service rep stated he could test my brakes by taking my car for a test drive. I then asked if he could drive it in the parking lot and test it. He came back within 5 minutes and said YES there is a problem with your brakes. At this point it was hard ...
